Il ristorante, di grande charme, è piccolo ma molto raffinato, curato nei dettagli ed offre una cucina di qualità, in armonia con la tradizione toscana ma rivisitata in chiave moderna.

Viene usata una particolare attenzione ai prodotti, privilegiando prodotti locali – quando possibile – nel pieno rispetto della natura e dei suoi cicli.

Per questo “noi seminiamo e piantiamo tutto quello che la terra ci consente. Raccogliamo quello che gentilmente ci lasciano i bruchi, gli istrici, le lumache, le vespe e gli uccelli. Abbiamo la meglio solo sui cinghiali, che allontaniamo con recinti elettrici. Il vantaggio di questa situazione è che abbiamo un biologico spontaneo.”

La cura del servizio e la carta dei vini generosa ed allettante con i prezzi rispettosi della crisi... sono alcune delle tante ragioni per farci visita. Una vera sorpresa!!!

The restaurant is very charming, it is small but very elegant, cared for in every detail and offers quality cuisine, in harmony with the tuscan tradition, but with a modern touch.
We pay special attention to produce, privileging local produce – whenever possible – while respecting nature and its cycles.
That's why “we sow and plant everything that the earth allows us to plant. We pick what the caterpillars, porcupines, snails, wasps and birds kindly leave behind. We only get the better of wild boars, which we keep at bay with electric fences. The advantage of this situation is that we have spontaneous organic farming.”
The care we take for service and the wine list, which is generous and alluring, with prices that are respectful of the economic crisis... are some of the many reasons why you should come to visit us. A real surprise!!!

In summer you can eat on the terrace in order to enjoy the breeze of our hills.
For a special occasion, a family or business meeting, an important ceremony or a wedding full of charm, we will create a unique atmosphere for you, different each time, but full of significance and emotions.
The restaurant has received one star on the Michelin guidebook and it is also mentioned in other important guidebooks.

The restaurant will stay closed for vacation from November, 1st. 2012 to March 14th. 2013
